This house is located on a titled, 880m2 plot with very good connections to Bocas Town. In about an 8-minute drive on the asphalt road you have reached the village. The house is being sold unfurnished, but with the beds and all of the high-quality electrical installation (ceiling fans, washing machine, dryer, large built-in refrigerator, stove, freezer). The custom-made kitchen is equipped according to western standards. All wooden elements, ceilings and posts of the house were professionally treated (sanded and sealed) and regularly checked and, if necessary, replaced or improved. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The current owners have spared no effort to maintain / increase the value of the house.

At the back of the house under the house there is a lockable room in which there is the laundry room and the additional freezer, a workshop and lots of additional storage space with built-in shelves. Outside of this room, the area under the house is also used to store garden tools, etc.

The bathroom is an absolute dream. The walk-in shower is equipped with a rainwater shower head and a movable shower head on the wall. The work to install the sliding glass door and the tiles was also carried out by a German craftsman, which is clearly visible in the high-quality finish. The sink was imported from Barbados and adapted. In addition, there is another shower in the entrance area, in which you can wash off the sand after your trip to the beach. The wall in the entrance area to the house and the outside shower are artfully decorated with colorful mosaics.

In March 2021, the rain gutters and water tanks were cleaned and the roof was completely renovated. It is now equipped with high-quality, noise- and heat-insulated roof panels from Panaroof (with a 30-year guarantee). Overall, the house is partially shaded; it is shielded from intense sunlight by the treetops above it. The rain gutters are protected by nets from falling leaves, which can lead to blockages. The water is supplied via a rainwater collection system with 2 water tanks a 2,500l and an additional filter system with a three-stage filter (pore, carbon filter and UV light) ensures safe drinking water. If the drought persists, the house is also connected to the public water supply of the Mimitimbi River. The water quality of this river is significantly better than the water quality in the village.

In the entrance area of the community area there are several parking spaces and a lockable shed, which belongs exclusively to this house. This shed has a floor area of 2.40m2 and can be used as a garage for all types of two-wheelers (bicycle, e-bike, motorcycle) and as a storage room.

The residents of the community complex are mixed internationally; the current owners are originally from Canada, France, the USA and Panama. The cost of community expenses, such as gardening and maintenance, is around 500$ per year for each of the landowners.
