THE LAND

Located on Isla Bastimentos, the largest island, with the most beach front in the Bocas del Toro Archipelago, the Silverback Surf Break Lot is accessible via a path from the town of Old Bank on the Bay side of the island. There is also a suitable location for a concrete dock that would service the property directly, on the ocean side of Bastimentos.

The coast is aligned by beautiful coral reefs, which buffer the waves and allow for swimming and snorkelling.
The property has been professionally surveyed, and the borders have been maintained over the years. It is completely fenced and neighbors on all sides are friendly and cooperative, ensuring a clean and easy transfer of rights.
