Just stroll a few minutes along the coastline and reach the beaches of Carenero, which offer you calm and clear caribbean waters all year round.

The B&B is run by the owner with a lot of dedication to the guest and hence, has a very personal atmosphere. The 6 rental rooms all have a classy, different interior design and a very welcoming character. Most of the house is made out of Nispero (a tropical hardwood) and Pine. The lower floor has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Air Condition, a closet and hot water in the modern bathrooms and high class cotton linens. The rooms are very well isolated to block out most of the sound of the busy location to guarantee a good night sleep to you and your guests.

Besides the 6 guestrooms with king-sized beds you will also find the kitchen (with a dishwasher!) and a spacious common area on the lower level. These spaces are covered and located below the upstairs-balcony. Here, people are served breakfast, can eat and hang out. There are several lounge chairs at the deck on the wrap-around porch, which creates a dip in the ocean area on the property, safe from the boat traffic.

The upper floor of the house has two more rental rooms with a shared bathroom. One of those rooms has a private Porch. The two upstairs rental rooms have just recently been added to the property, and offer a high potential for great rental income. On the upper floor you also find the owners private room, with a bathroom. On the ground level behind the house there is an additional half bathroom, the laundry room with a Samsung washer and dryer and the water tank.
