On the upper floor with sea view are the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony, and the laundry room. In addition, there is another small balcony, which faces the street.
In this second building is also the large granny apartment with a living area of 140m2. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, kitchen, living and dining room as well as the terrace and a double bedroom with a complete bathroom. On the upper floor there is another double room with sea view.
