The lower floor has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Air Condition, a closet and hot water in the modern bathrooms and high class cotton linens. The rooms are very well isolated to block out most of the sound of the busy location to guarantee a good night sleep to you and your guests.

Besides the 6 guestrooms with king-sized beds you will also find the kitchen (with a dishwasher!) and a spacious common area on the lower level. These spaces are covered and located below the upstairs-balcony. Here, people are served breakfast, can eat and hang out.
